Come practice Tai Chi in an environment where you can meet other practitioners and share techniques.
A professional carpet provides better stability, balance and is shock absorbing, aiding movement and is also important to prevent joint pain. Training on hard wooden floors can damage your soft tissues and joints over time.
We also have other equipment, such as balance balls and resistance bands for you to train your balance and strength.

Wushu / Kungfu
Take advantage of the professional carpet and mats, where its softness and shock absorbing properties lets you perform those jumps and landings.
Our carpet provides extra grip, allowing for greater stability and helps in achieving proper stance and form. Many people who practice without a carpet develop poor posture, such as a hunched back and shoulders, as hard wooden floors do not provide the grip needed for correct footwork and stances. It can be hard to get rid of these poor habits once formed. Good flooring means you don't have to spend extra energy grasping the floor so you can focus better on your movements.
Get the edge over your competitors by training on and familiarising yourself on a professional wushu carpet, so you can do your best performance on the important big day.

Two standard 14m x 8m wushu courts, with extra area, which means plenty of space for everyone.
Other equipment (If you do not see them out then please just ask our staff):

To relax after all that training.
Helps to prevent muscle ache after hardwork.
Money from Open Days will be donated to the NZ Wushu Development Squad.
